I. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Return & Refund)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract (transaction) within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you have designated (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., via email).
II. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging (which must be undamaged). Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) must be provided. Prior communication with customer service is required, stating a valid reason for the return.

Ship Your Order Back: Return the item(s) along with a fully completed return form to the address specified on that form. Please include a tracking number inside the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive the returned package, we will ensure the refund is processed within 5 business days.
IV. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional days to post the refund to your account. Certain special cases will be handled based on actual communication.

VI. Regarding Color Variation, Sizing, and Custom Products

Color Display: Due to technical limitations, colors may appear slightly different on various screens. We strive to ensure color representation is as accurate as possible.

Sizing: Please refer to our size chart before purchasing to select the appropriate size. If the received size significantly differs from the provided chart, please contact us.

Custom Orders: For personalized or custom-made products, orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production has commenced, and returns or refunds are not possible.
